вроде, hr и так страдают от жесткого формата сообщений (хотя, все равно встречаются вакансии, мигающие как елка)

а когда будет бот то будет еще одно обоснование почему формат такой жесткий: "мы по вам статистику собираем и смотрим в тренде вы или демпингуете" ))))

совсем бедолаги исстрадались. Те, чьи страдания нестерпимы выкладывают вакансии исключительно в эйчарных группах с предсказуемым результатом.

● Salary level: from 3500 to 5000 euros gross, but no strict limits, have never rejected a

Я жоб хоппер( нужно было в безперспективной конторе куда я попал после универа по неопытности просидеть 2 года(

Нормально он так

Same.

Сначала когда меня взяли на галеру, а там через три месяца закончился проект, потому что заказчику надоело платить, и меня отправили внутреннее говно пилить.

А потом когда меня в другое место взяли третьим в команду, и через два месяца двое сговорились и свалили в другое место.

Жаль, что же теперь обо мне HR подумают. Пойду повешусь.

На одном проекте точно. Если проекты разные по стеку и случаются новые проекты, то можно долго сидеть

Ну тогда покажите статистику, доказывающую ваше утверждение "2 года - оптимальный минимум", а то это пустословное заявление пока, а не статистика.

Любое исследование упирается в простую проблему: объективно работающих KPI для любых разработчиков пока не завезли, а значит, у исследования не может быть адекватного замеряемого показателя.
