а это дайтаграмма с IP-UDP кс - не высчитывается
в ip4 вроде опционально crc для udp, не прокатывает без?

в rfc по udp пишут:
Checksum is the 16-bit one's complement of the one's complement sum of a
pseudo header of information from the IP header, the UDP header, and the

у меня такое подозрение, что CRC-16 после обсчета всего файла от флага до флага, с чем то складывается...
