Рекомендую залогиниться на официальной платформе жалоб и предложений Телеграма и проголосовать за предложение RSS-читальника в Телеграме, прибавив в комментариях к нему, может быть, просьбу об IV для RSS.

Сейчас это предложение насчитывает 19 голосов за него и 2 голоса против.

RSS feeds as channels

Provide a built-in option to easily add RSS/Atom feeds as channels to Telegram. This is kind of a major feature, and while it may sound controversial and unnecessary (there are standalone RSS clients, this can be implemented with bots etc.) there are a few arguments I'd like to adduce: RSS feeds are basically almost the same thing as channels from the user's POV. The only important thing that distinguishes RSS posts from channel posts are the inline images, which can be supported only for RSS-source channel type or even considered to be supported in all Telegram messages. The rest of HTML markup can be either easily converted to the existing limited formatting or filtered out, the same way TUI clients (like newsboat) do it. Another possible way of rendering the feeds with huge content inside is via Instant Views. Migrating your subscriptions can be as easy as providing an OPML file to the Telegram client, that finds which of the feeds already exist as channels, sends the rest of the URIs to the Telegram server…

Allow site owners to make their own Instant View templates

Instant View templates are currently created and maintained by Telegram, the list of supported websites is expanded gradually. Some site owners would like to get IV support for their websites sooner. Others may want to fix issues with their websites faster when they change the layout. This could be solved by allowing site owners to make their own Instant View templates. Workaround For usupported websites: You can use direct IV links (unsubmitted to contest), but if the app doesn't have an IV (like TDesktop), then you'll see only "it's the IV template" page instead of seeing actual preview. For issues with existing templates: You can submit issues for templates using the "Wrong layout?" button at the bottom of the IV page.
