эта ошибка потому что для использования виртуалбокса тебе надо гиперви отключить

Docker со встроенным Virtualbox?
У меня при активном Hyper-V отдельный Virtualbox 6 работал, но только через этот самый Hyper-V. Не факт, что в Docker Toolbox оно настраивается. Лучше вырубить Hyper-V при загрузке Windows.

Гипер-в удалил.
Запустил toolbox с ключем --virtualbox-no-vtx-check
Да хоть без ключа.
