KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Mandatory
Experience in Linux Ubuntu administration.
Practical experience managing applications deployed using AWS/GCP or Docker.
Ability to read and understand Java code.
Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues ranging from system resources to application stack traces.
Nice to have experience with
Kubernetes, Rancher
Python/Java
Terraform
Atlassian applications stack
databases and SQL
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, configure and manage tools for fast and reliable deployments of our software.
Participate in operations efforts and be the point person for infrastructural activities.
Build tools for monitoring our infrastructure and resolve any issues with instances running in production.
Develop automation and CI/CD processes to enable teams to build, test, deploy, manage, configure, scale and monitor their applications using the latest technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and others.
Participate in architectural decisions to help improve reliability and scalability of our software.
Help configure and manage development tools such as Atlassian Bitbucket, Bamboo, Artifactory and others.
