flash: This was the main driver; its purpose in life was to dump the flash device. Since the flash device is split into two chip-enables, it dumps each in sequence into their own files. With some optimizations, the flash tool peaked around 1.2 MByte/second – a far cry from the limits of either the NAND flash or the USB interface, but still sufficiently performant to dump both chip selects in about 6.5 hours.
