sorry, but I still got no such project where I could using multi lang... But I just open API in http://nabovyan.xyz/telegram-node-bot/Ivan.html and think there is all details that you need. You need to start your own storage. Its easy to do in JSON format. But unlike as normal storage locatisations strorage set method will return an error. If you look on get method, you can understand how it mechanic. use TDD if you dont know how to start

Thats why probramming is Pandoras box for most people. Look on base storage implementation and follow it with your localization storage organisation. No one can know logic in your head.
