Hello!
I would send every evening at 18h00 one message to all user that installed my bot.
How is possibile?
I have to save somewhere the chat_ids and I have to sendMessage using naturally these chat_ids.
Any suggs?

Keep somewhere user ids and then create script which will send message to those ids and use cron to execute this script anytime u need to

Save all IDs and use node cron module to send messages to all users

Also you can save IDs of users which install your bot. After you should to create a script which will send message to all your saved users, and then pass created script to the cron
