Что может быть? Знаю только пациенту 53 лет, курить, с сердцем сол слов пациента проблем не было

The rhythm is sinus with intermittent multifocal atrial rhythm/multifocal atrial tachycardia (MAT) at a rate of about 95 bpm. MAT is strictly defined by 3 or more consecutive, non-sinus P waves at a rapid rate. If you look closely in leads 2 and 3, for example, there are, intermittently, multiple consecutive P wave morphologies somewhat marred by baseline artifact. Four other findings of note here are: low limb lead voltage, borderline right axis deviation of the QRS (+95 degrees), and a vertical P wave axis (about +80 degrees), with slow R wave progression V1-V3. This constellation of findings is very suggestive of chronic obstructive lung disease. (The P waves are also intermittently somewhat peaked, suggesting right atrial abnormality, another supportive finding in this context.) Compare with Case # 149, another example of MAT with chronic obstructive lung disease.
