• Communication is key! (i.e. can you explain your solution? can you walk through your projects?)
• The most common languages we see employers (
especially tech startups in Toronto) hiring for: Javascript (React, especially) and Python
• More companies in the U.S. are open to hiring remote workers!
• The most common mistake we see candidates on our platform making on our assessments: not writing efficient code and not writing clear and concise code.
