Про оффер и имел ввиду. Вопрос будет ли этот оффер валидным, если требования по соответствующему ноку не выполняются. Я так понимаю что в этом случае его могут просто аннулировать при оформлении рабочей визы?

я думаю что если вы нужны емплоеру он оформит офер в таком виде и напишет там нужные формулировки чтобы вы попадали под нужный нок и офицера это устроило

Я к тому, что образование в этих ноках не обязательный пункт, его оставляют на усмотрение работодателя.

насколько я понимаю что вышка и профильное образование - это хорошо но не обязательно, а соответсвие образования и проффы по которой работал и есть опыт вообще редкость

Так и есть. Много переменных.

Но с вышкой шансов больше, чем без неё. Это ещё один плюс в корзину почему именно этого спеца надо везти из-за границы
