developer position would be insufficient to meet the requirements of a specialty occupation
unless the record identifies specific specialties within the wide variety of “quantitative fields”
and establishes how each identified degree in a specific specialty provides a body of highly
specialized knowledge, consistent with section 214(i)(1)(A) of the INA, 8 U.S.C. 1184(i)(1)(A),
that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities of the software developer position.
