I already asked Upbit exchange and Bitmex support team . Upbit team said it is already sent, and the blockchain approvement is going on. So they can't cancel. They said ask the bitmex exhange center that you sent

from my Upbit BCH wallet to BTC wallet in my Bitmex

Okay. I checked this, 

 So I found out that I need public key for this segwit address. So I asked Upbit exchange center and they said they originally can not tell the public key to customer. But they will check and answer me. But it was quite hopeless i think. They are really irresponsible exchange center.


So if my BCH is already into my bitmex wallet, I think Bitmex team know the segwit key and can send me back to me.

Pls answer me a detail & correct of current situation and solutions.

Okay. I received answer from Bitmex support team Brad.

And I searched same situation, and the most of exchange center are support their customers in same situation. But from the Bitmex team, they 'WILL NOT help me' to withdraw my BCH deliberately.

I found a way provide by official BCH foundation to recover my BCH
And it takes only 3second to send information.

And plus, this is my private key so originally all users can have their own segwit address and can know it.

To get back my $5000 of BCH, all I need is my public key for segwit address. And which is really easy work for exchange center.

Even I asked, you can send it to BCH foundation directly. If it is uncomfortable to informed public key for segwit address to user Put this information(I wrote them TXID and my wallet address which I could know)

But the Bitmex team, they say they 'WILL NOT' help me. Because it is annyoing.

Is Bitmex is truly responsible exchange center?

Сегодня днем, когда было сильное движение - были сильные тормоза на паре бтцусд. На остальных парах все отображалось как обычно, стоило переключиться на бтцусд - сразу дикие тормоза. График не масштабируется, ордера еле-еле отрисовываются, книга ордеров тормозит. Пробовал по совету закрыть окна последних сделок и книгу ордеров - бестолку.
На остальных парах работало без тормозов.
Что-то можно с этим сделать?

В остальное время тормозов на этой паре не наблюдалось, только сегодня заметил, когда цена лезла к 4

не ищи, врешение найдёшь не ты, тебя должно найти оно...
