If you ask them to delete all your personal information ( datenschutz@n26.com ) they have to do it ( if they want to comply with the GDPR ).
Then you can try to open it again ( and if they still don't allow you, it will be most likely because they still have your personal information in their databases, because they haven't deleted it after you asked them to do it ).
Probably you could take them to court; penalizations for not complying with the GDPR are pretty serious.
