из немцев еще есть Фейхтвангер.
"Успех" вообще чуть ли не самая известная немецкая книга, читается отлично. Братья Лаузентак тоже норм.
Но я и Фейхтвангера, и игру в бисер на русском читал. ИМХО если нет достаточного уровня немецкого, то читать такое в оригинале - дабл фейл. и непонятно, и никакого удовольствия.
