Position: Lead of Mobile Product Development (iOS, Android)

Salary: $4000 - $5000 gross
Responsibilities:
- Report to the VP of Product Services responsible for the organization’s innovation initiatives and new product development, and collaborate with the product team, dev team, and QA team, along with the client experience and sales teams.
- Focus on the delivery and implementation of the projects related to the integration of a new mobile application with an existing SaaS platform. Engage on other product innovation initiatives and design projects, as needed.
- Help to define, guide, and deliver mobile strategy for our company.
- Provide vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Perform needs analysis and support the development of business and functional specifications. Document to ensure business requirements are adequately reflected in development documents.
- Create user stories/use cases, process & data flows, and scenarios to clearly communicate a set of functional requirements.
- Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI. Deal with iteration planning, prioritization, and elaboration of the user stories.
- Act as liaison among clients, operations, and technical staff.
- Identify solutions to resolve business problems for internal and external customers by utilizing problem solving and analytical skills and documenting the "why" and "what" of the business problem.
- Work with the development resources and QA resources to set acceptance criteria and facilitate system testing.
Required Skills:
- Mobile app product development expertise.
- Experience with Agile and knowledge/experience how IT and essentially Mobile apps work under the hood.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Proven track-record of delivering high-quality products and services.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, or using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc. is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; the ability to listen well and empathize.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to work collaboratively, and largely remotely, across product teams, with our dev teams and QA teams, and with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable and capable with taking initiative in conducting discovery and requirements gathering sessions and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a growth stage company where growth, change, and opportunity are happening quickly and in abundance.
