5. Pair Properly Using Home Button
Get close to your TV and press the Home button on your Fire TV Stick remote for 20-40 seconds (or until you see the confirmation message) when asked to pair the remote. If both pair successfully, a confirmation message will appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
You might have to repeat the process if the pairing isn’t done the first time. Try it a couple of times until you get it right.
Note: If pairing doesn’t work, try pressing the Home button for 1 minute.

а так же держать Home минуту

в общем - зайти в добавление нового пульта в настройках FireOS и жать Home минуту, потом Play + OK 40-60 секунд
