Our growing company is in need of an experienced Head of Product.
Responsibilities:
• Be a Product leader within the company
• Coaches team through user-centered design processes, design and product strategy, project scoping, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Defines and maintains UX design processes and practices, ensures design quality, encourages and models constructive feedback
• Conduct competitor research and benchmarking to ensure Storfox’s offer is relevant, competitive, and unique for our different sales markets and partners
• Appropriately delegate tasks and maintain a steady influence in your team’s output, while helping them become skilled and efficient
• Document and communicate new product hypothesis, with accompanying concepts, prototypes, and use cases
• Drive the product roadmap and define and monitor KPI/success metrics for product and features
• Provide effective written and verbal updates on the product roadmap and key projects to senior leadership and stakeholders
Key Qualifications:
•
3 or more years of experience required in related field (e.g. System Analysis, Business Consulting, Product Management, Technology)
• Demonstrated industry and market knowledge
• Experience creating and managing a product roadmap and features
• Experience planning, documenting, and communicating product implementations
• Experience creating wireframes and workflow diagrams
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and collaborative skills.
