Нет, не совсем корректно. Это просто набор защитных мер, сгруппированных и выбираемых исходя из размера компании

Best practices - это мировые рекорды, которые нахрен не нужны 99% компаний

я подумал что это бест практик исходя из того что в составлении все-таки этих мер топ 20 принимали участие те самые лучшие из лучших
