A mandatory update is about to be released in a couple of days and cold staking will be reactivated with it when the update will be enforced.

Please, be prepared to update or your Core client will fork after the enforcement.

‼️PIVX CORE v5.2 RELEASED

A mandatory update for the PIVX Core client/wallet has just been released. This is a MANDATORY update.

Please bear in mind the following points before upgrading:

• You MUST update at least one day before block 2,927,000.
• You  should read the release notes BEFORE installing.
• Both masternodes and controller clients need to be updated and restarted.

This update brings a protocol upgrade that will be enforced at the above mentioned block. Cold staking will also be reactivated then.
