Нет, синтетику делать надо самим. Можете сделать это через logic apps. Довольно легко

Hi, I use scom for one Noc, I Have some clients. Alert administration is complicated, since some clients get to see the alert notifications from others. Is scom adequate for one noc? Where can I find best practices documentation?
