DWS writes certain entries that point some domains at nowhere into hosts, also it creates firewall rules that block outgoing connections to certain ip s.
5 of these entries to the hosts and 1 created firewall rule will cause the microsoft store not working, which are:

Disabling these entries/rules made it working for me.

When I use in professional mode, the screen rotation stops working. delete only windows defender. But olso of UUC screnn rotaition work normaly.  Windows RS5 v1809.17763.107.

скажем так ) юзаю dws давно. за не огромное спасибо. английский понимаю, но писать тяжеловато. а проблему на ноутах с точскринами замтел уже когда октяберские апдейты начали выходить. как только делаешь манипуляцие с выключение слежение и выключение защитника сразу вместо поворота эркна появляеться NFC ))) безконтактный режим и могут появиться ряд глюков . Если включить админку то все гуд.

Где-то была кнопка "Screen rotation fix" внутри программы.

была ) но она не дает результата . она дает результат что запускаеться служба и фикситься скажем так в омем понятие еще реестр. бывает так что служба может не стартануть. в моем случае служба работает и тд.
