hey guys, i have a setup ethereum private blockchain with proof of authority consensus mechanism.
i want to create admin node for this setup. currently it's working with [N/2 + 1 ]. means if majority of node approve new node than it whoud be successfully add to chain.
but i want super node can approve new node
