I will search for them in two ways:
1. A section on the organization's website with instructions on how to quickly enter blockchain development with minimal programming knowledge;
2. My own offline crypto-integrator company, in which I can attract new developers, they will go through a well-functioning incubator and start doing the necessary work.
The fact that you can find a good developer simply through telegram, I do not believe at the moment.
